Delivery

All standard mat orders will be despatched within the 48 hours of recieving the order.

Cut to size or custom mat orders will be despatched within 3-5 working days of recieving the order.

All orders will be delivered within 5 days of despatch.

As stated delivery is free throughout Australia.

Refund / Return Policy

In the event of the customer not being satisfied with their purchase, Apex will either:

• Exchange the product for another of the customers choice of equal value.
• Give a full refund, less any delivery cost.

The above will only apply if Apex Solutions are notified within 3 days of the customer recieving the goods.
